		<description>It actually was one of the easier tart's I've made.  The only slightly difficult part is rolling out the tart dough.

And, while I'd love to make a video of it, I don't have a video camera and I don't have any more Meyer lemons.  So, unfortunately, we're stuck with text descriptions.</description>
